Gas, Tastykakes and coffee are even closer now with these new Super Wawa Locations In South Jersey. If it seems like there has been a new Wawa going up on the corner that you just passed last week, you’re not alone. There have been about 9 that have opened this month in South Jersey alone.

We talk about Wawa a lot on Deanna and Justin In The Morning. We even created our own Wawa Drafted Teams during the NFL draft a few months ago.

Why so many Wawas?

According to this Market Announcement on their website, Wawa is planning locations for other parts of the east coast and Midwest including

Recently, they broke ground in Kill Devil Hills, NC.

It’s not just the tri-state area that loves the convenience of Wawa. When I was living in Nevada, I tweeted their account A LOT to try and get them to open one there. That may not actually be too far fetched seeing as how they’re opening all these new locations in different states.

You can check out a full list of where Wawa plans on going next by looking at their online site map.

I don’t think there is such a thing as too many Wawas to be honest. Considering how crowded they all seem to be every time I go, it appears that these new locations will be just as busy.

I’m a big fan of the old school Wawas myself. The ones without gas pumps. Selfishly, it’s because they’re less crowded. But it doesn’t stop me from going to the Super Wawa when I do need gas. I mean c’mon, they’re so convenient!
