Lewes Restaurant Makes Yelp’s Top 100 Restaurants List For 2022
Every year the crew over at Yelp embarks on a journey to find the best restaurants across the United States to put together their annual list. In order to do that, here’s what they did: Yelp first reached out to Yelpers for their favorite dining spots. Then, they ranked each by total number of submissions, ratings, reviews, and geographic representation, among other factors. They go on to say that most of these locations are affordable, at about $30 per person, even in the bigger cities like New York.
Lucky for us here in Delaware, we have #78 right here in the First State. What restaurant is it? None other than Raas in Lewes.
According to Yelp, Raas is a Raas is an Indian and Pan-Asian fusion restaurant bringing flavorful, fine dining to the Rehoboth Beach area. You can sample small plates and entrees—such as Prawn Tikka Masala and Deconstructed Rosemary-Infused Pork Vindaloo—or try the chef’s tasting menu. They also offer a kids menu.
Sounds delicious and a must try spot next time you’re in the lower part of the state.
While we are super lucky to have a top 100 restaurant right here in Delaware, there are some great options just across the state line. I’ve listed some locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland you might want to give a try.
