UDel Recycle Program Helping Newark Residents Dispose Of Unwanted Items
John Landoll, owner/operator of LSG Fencing in Newark, has organized a fundraiser to help humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. Since starting this effort, the collections have been rolling in but there is still a strong need for more.
Local Food Truck Gets Involved
Joey T’s Food Truck hopped in on the action and they are collecting items THIS SATURDAY March 5th from 8am-12pm at 1401 Newport Pike.
Raffle tickets will also be sold for a chance to win a $25 gift card to Joey T’s. Tickets are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00
Volunteers will be on site to help unload donations, there will also be a collection box to support shipping costs.

Here is a list of much needed items:
- Medications- anything for wounds, bandages, Neosporin, pain medication etc
- Warm Clothing/Thermal Wear/Blankets
- Non perishable food items
- Tea/coffee
- Thermos cups/insulated cups
- Baby clothes/kids clothes
- Essential care items (hygiene care)
- Pet supplies/ dog & cat food.
