We never really know what to expect of our winters here in the First State.  Even when they call for snow, so much as a flurry doesn’t fall.  But, how do we rank up against the other states in the country? The Thrillist has conveniently ranked them for us.

To decide, they factored in weather patterns, average temperatures, the efficacy of which states keep roads clear to the condition the snow remains in after it falls.  Is it fluffy or sidewalk sludge?  Using all of this information, the folks at The Thrillist made their list.

Colorado’s ranking may shock you!
