7 Ways To Celebrate Christmas In July In Delaware

Christmas in July in Delaware is next week!  Well, it’s happening everywhere next week, but we really just care about Delaware the most.

If you didn’t already know, we will be playing non-stop Christmas Classics and Holiday Hits on WJBR on Tuesday, July 25th to celebrate.  We will kick it off with Deanna & Justin in the Morning at 6am and play Christmas music all day, up until EJ wraps up his show at 7pm.

Why wouldn’t we?  We are Delaware’s Christmas Station after all.

Many listeners have told us they will have their own Christmas In July parties at pools, patios, beaches and barbeques across the state!   We even have one listener who told us on Facebook that he already has his Christmas Tree up!!!  Gotta love that kind of Holiday Spirit!

This family friendly event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 22 from 8am – 12pm inside and outside of the George Wilson Center.

    Dewey Beach Movies On the Beach – July 24th showing “Elf” to celebrate Christmas in July.  

    Bring your family and a beach chair to Dewey Beach for a family movie night! Movies will start at approximately 8:30 PM on the beach at Dagsworthy Avenue in Dewey.  No admission fee, glow necklaces available for $1 donation.

    On July 25th, Santa’s Letters and Heather’s Home Works are hosting Christmas in July at Parsons Farms and Produce in Dagsboro from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm.  Their mission is to collect back-to-school supplies and backpacks for families in the local district.
