The Mix Morning Show, Johnny B & Jessie Jordan, along with Chris Leonard and Hollywood Kyle went for the introduction course at Aerial Fun and Fitness! They wanted to see if they could actually do it, because it looks challenging but incredibly fun.
They learned to trust, abolish fear, and just have fun swinging through the air. Johnny B and Jessie Jordan took a jab at the aerial gymnastics themselves to see if a true beginner can actually do it. And it's true, any body can do it! Thank you Aerial Fun and Fitness for having us, we had the absolute time of our lives!
