Celebrating Cancer Survivor’s! Join Cancer Support Community Delaware for the 4th Annual Survive & Thrive 5K and Survivor’s Mile. Individuals and teams can participate in the 5K walk/run or 1 mile walk in honor of cancer survivors throughout our community. New this year – the event will kick off at Stango Park in beautiful downtown Lewes. Walkers and runners will travel along the scenic Breakwater Trail, finishing at Stango Park for the post-race Survivor’s Celebration Festival. The festival includes games, food, kid activities, a K-9 demonstration, vendors, informational tables, and music.
Register to walk/run or create your own team online. Early bird registration is $25 until May 17. Event day registration available for $30. The first 100 registrants receive an event shirt.
All proceeds benefit Cancer Support Community Delaware’s programs for individuals in Sussex County with cancer, their caregivers and family members. The event goal is $6,000 – help CSCDE reach their goal!
