Stargazing Night at the Newark Reservoir

July 2820178:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Newark Reservoir, Paper Mill Rd., Newark, DE, + Google Map

Come out and enjoy the night sky over the Newark Reservoir on Friday, July 28 from 8:30 – 10:30 p.m.

We will be gazing upon the craters of the moon, the rings of Saturn, and whatever else the night may bring. We will also keep our eyes open for satellites and meteors!

A brief introduction to the sky, and how it appears to move will be followed by some hands-on time with the telescopes.

Bring flashlights as you will need to park at the bottom of reservoir and walk to the top.
