Hillary May, Education Chair for the Delaware Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, discussed the importance of taking care of your mental health during this trying time, the signs that you or a friend or loved one are having difficulty and tips for keeping yourself healthy during isolation. She described the many events planned for this year’s virtual Out of The Darkness Walk, and encouraged everyone to sign up now to help in the fight of suicide prevention.
