Michael Clement, Meals on Wheels Delaware Board Chair and Susan Teiser, owner and chef of Montrachet Fine Foods & Centreville Café and a 2021 Celebrity Chefs Celebration participating restauranteur, discussed this year’s fundraiser, a virtual, dine in and take-out experience. It kicks off April 18th with a virtual event with participanting chefs, a mixologist, music entertainment, a first look at this year’s auction and a raffle. Dinners begin Wednesday at the five participating restaurants, with dine-in or take-out options, with menus designed by the local and their paired ‘celebrity’ guest. Enjoy the dining experience by purchasing a tickets which allows you to reserve a seating and admission to the virtual kick off party. They recommend buying your tickets by April 9th – reservations are limited. Proceeds support Meals on Wheels Delaware, funding hot, nutrious meals – along with social connection and independence – for home-bound seniors through their five partnering agencies.
