President and CEO Pam Cornforth discussed the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware, offering a safe, affordable “home-away-from-home” to families of seriously or chronically ill or injured children who are being treated at area hospitals. Families staying at the RMH come from across the region, the country and abroad for a private room, meals and snacks, playrooms and activities for the patient and any siblings, transportation to and from the hospitals and local shops as well as support services.
