What A European Thinks of When Identifying Every U.S. State

A European citizen recently posted a map coverage of the United States, with what they think of each State and how they identify them. The map was posted to social media and ended up in a Delaware forum where we found it. A picture of the map and post can be found below.
The European humorously describes what they know about each state, and surprisingly, many Americans agreed with them. However, Delaware’s description doesn’t make much sense.
