In the last several years, the pandemic has reshaped corporate America forever. Employers are having trouble finding hardworking employees, and employees are facing requirements from their employers that are unprecedented.
During the pandemic, most all employers were forced to allow work from home. Now, three years later, more and more employees want that option.

As someone who works from home, I think it really all depends on your job and the tasks at hand. One thing I love about working from home is the lack of distractions. When I was in office, the line at my door was never ending, making getting my work done extremely difficult.
The folks at Forbes partnered with Statista to compile their third annual list of America’s Best Employers By State.
The findings are based off of a survey conducted from October to June, of 80,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 500 employees.
