The Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GPHCC) invites the public to savor the flavors of Latin American cuisine during Dine Latino Restaurant Week, taking place from Oct. 12 to 18. This event aims to promote support for Latino-owned eateries, emphasizing their role in Philadelphia's culinary diversity and innovation.
Each participating business for Dine Latino Restaurant Week will offer one complimentary appetizer or dessert with the purchase of two dinner entrées or a special limited-time menu.
“Dine Latino Restaurant Week is more than just a dining event. It's a celebration of culture, entrepreneurship, and community,” said Jennifer Rodriguez, president & CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, to Metro Philadelphia. “Our Latino-owned restaurants and food trucks are vital to the region's culinary fabric. By supporting them, we uplift the diversity, creativity, and innovation that make Philadelphia such an extraordinary place to dine.”

Following Dine Latino Restaurant Week, the GPHCC will hold a Dine Latino Chef's Tasting event on Thursday, Oct. 30, featuring Chef Sofía De Leon of El Merkury and Tenango Rum. This event will showcase dishes inspired by her cultural roots and provide an opportunity for guests to meet the chef.
