Paul Simon

When: June 26, 28-29

Where: Academy of Music

What: Paul Simon returns for a “Quiet Celebration” tour. A nine-piece band will perform hits from the 2023 album Seven Psalms

LL Cool J and Jazmine Sullivan

When: July 4

Where: Benjamin Franklin Parkway

What: This year's Welcome America July 4 concert on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway will feature rapper LL Cool J and Strawberry Mansion's Jazmine Sullivan.

The Who

When: Aug. 21, Aug. 23

Where: Xfinity Mobile Arena (Philadelphia), Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall

The Who's “The Song Is Over: North American Farewell Tour” features Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey. Drummer Zak Starkey will not be present. 

Outlaw Music Festival

When: Sept. 12

Where: Freedom Mortgage Pavilion (Camden)

What: This year's Outlaw Music Festival has the same two legendary headliners as last year with Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan. They will be joined by Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Sheryl Crow, former Philadelphia songwriter Waxahatchee, and country singer Madeline Edwards.

Concerts Under the Stars

When: Through Sept. 14

Where: Upper Merion Township Building Park

What: Concerts Under the Stars in King of Prussia returns for a new season. Strand of Oaks will play on June 28, Dawes and Phosphorescent on July 10, and Nick Lowe & Los Straitjackets on Aug 2.

A guitar double bill will take place on Sept. 13 with Mdou Moctar and Yasmin Williams. Larger shows at Heuser Park include Lotus on July 3 and Dar Williams' River Roads Festival with Indigo Girls and Sunny War on July 5.
