“We call it ‘The cool place to handle your business,'” said Chad, 49, who graduated from Delaware State University.
Upon stepping into The Ice House, you will hear Ice Cube’s 1992 hit song “Today Was a Good Day” or Vanilla Ice’s famous tune “Ice Ice Baby.”
The decor includes a trio of Vanilla Ice dolls, Funko Pop! figures of Ice Cube, photos of the rappers, and custom collages Marianne assembled.

Chad is president of the Delaware Pinball Collective near Newport, for which Marianne is the Delaware Women’s Pinball director. They also have a pinball collection inside their home.
With 13 different pinball machines in addition to The Ice House, it’s easy to see why their home has become the talk of the town.
Many of their friends have visited ans asked if they can take photos of the bathroom, according to Yahoo.com Chad says, “Take all the photos you want!”
They’re undecided about whether or not they’ll be attended the Delaware State Fair to see Vanilla Ice performing this weekend.
