We are in the thick of graduation season!
It all started with the colleges and universities in May and now that June is here it’s the High School Graduation season.
Now is the time to honor your graduate on the WJBR airwaves!
The WJBR-Window Nation Graduation Hotline is now open at 302-442-6243.
Send a shoutout to the Class of 2023 by calling 302-442-6243 to record your special greeting that we will broadcast on Mix 99.5 WJBR.
Here is an example of how it should sound:
Hi this is (your name) from (your town). I’d like to send a shout out to my (son/grandson/daughter/granddaughter, etc and their name) graduating from (school name). Good luck-we love you”.
So, write out your greeting now and then call 302-442-6243 and record your shoutout to your favorite graduates from the Class of ’23! It’s a simple as leaving a voicemail! We will then collect all the messages and edit them to be played on Mix 99.5 WJBR in the month of June!

Locals Say These Are The Top 10 New Jersey Maryland and Delaware Area Beaches
We’re mid summer of 2023 and we’ve been spending a lot of time down at the Delaware area beaches this year.
Probably like you, I’m a big fan of our regions beaches! I grew up at the New Jersey shore and spent many years hitting all the beach towns of Atlantic and Cape May County. Since those days I’ve added the Delaware beaches and the beaches of Maryland to our families list of regular visits.
When my kids were young, we were day trippers to Strathmere NJ, one of the few free beaches in the Garden State. We also took too many to count family camping trips to Assateague Island National Seashore just south of Ocean City MD.
Now that my wife and I are empty nesters, we enjoy the Delaware beaches. We are looking forward to enjoying time in Lewes, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth and Dewey this summer!
