The biggest takeaway from this new list is the Wilmington came in 1st in affordability!
Wilmington beat out Detroit, MI, Lansing, MI, Jackson, MS, and Kalamazoo, MI for the top spot!
Naples, Florida was ranked dead last in affordability but wound up taking the top spot on the 150 Best Cities to Live in USA Right Now list.
Wilmington was ranked 150th when it comes to robberies in this new study, which puts it at the bottom of the list in that category.
To determine these rankings Schoolaro evaluated those categories using 47 relevant metrics listed below with their corresponding weight. Each metric was graded on a 100 – point scale, with a score of 100 being the max.
