By now you may know how proud we are to call Miss Delaware Grace Otley our personal friend.
Grace started as a street team member here at WJBR. We watched her grow into a lovely young woman with passion for her community and helping people.
A woman of many talents, she has played electric violin at many fundraising events. In addition, she is the Director of Events at Kool Beans while working for the Office of Women’s Advancement and Advocacy.
Grace made it her personal mission to connect the dots between hopeful parents and adoption.
As an adopted child herself, Grace feels very strongly about making adoption more affordable and accessible.
If you or a young woman you know has a passion for making a difference and representing the first state, they could become the next Miss Delaware!

The Miss Delaware Scholarship Organization has extended their application process through May 7th. Don’t wait too long before taking a shot at this amazing opportunity.
The registration fee is only $35 and supports the Miss Delaware Scholarship Organization in its mission to encourage young women as they become outstanding members of society.
