If you listened to Deanna and Justin In The Morning today, you heard them discuss the story where the Blue Jays Pitcher Gets Trolled After Slamming United Airlines Employee.
Anthony Bass took to twitter to complain about a flight attendant.
Apparently, his wife was on a flight alone with their two kids (ages 5 and 2). Not only is Bass’s wife 22 weeks pregnant, but she was traveling alone with the children.
The youngest child (2) had some popcorn that had fallen on the ground around her seat.
A flight attendant approached the family and instructed them to clean it up.
According to recounts on Twitter, Bass’s wife who is the sister of Jesse James Decker got on her hands and knees and cleaned the popcorn.
It didn’t take long for Decker to get involved in the online war. She tweeted “…My poor sister is on her hands and knees, crying in the aisle, completely humiliated and exhausted, with her children while everyone else watched. Way to go, united.”
Twitter users came at them immediately calling them “entitled” and “spoiled”.
Deanna and Justin discussed the event this morning. The general consensus is that it is a parent’s job to clean up after their kids. Unless there are extenuating circumstances where a parent is incapable, in which situation they could ask for help.
