"You'll need to order your ribs a day in advance at welcoming Wilmington joint Locale BBQ Post – which featured in Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives – but boy, are they worth it. Extremely tender and delicious, customers describe them as "perfection". The sides and sauces are said to be incredible too" Love Food said.
Checking Locale BBQ Post's Facebook has revealed that their original location has closed in order to move.
Their post from last spring said "We will be closing our Delaware Ave location so that we can begin demo and construction on the concept we wanted to do here in Trolley Square. We originally planned to stay open in some extent during it but that would only stretch our date to reopen our brand new digs and we want to make that happen asap! We will be expanding a new kitchen and some new dining room areas so that we can expand the menus that we offer and expand the hours we operate. "
Locale BBQ Post's menu also features brisket, chicken, and bratwurst.
Coleslaw, corn on the cob, and collard greens are some of their featured sides.
You can also grab a sampler platter of meats!
