Middletown Home Appears On Zillowtastrophes

We all have searched Zillow listings for hours. This Middletown home appears on Zillowtastrophes as it goes viral.  Zillowtasrophes is a Tik Tok and Instagram account highlighting some interesting Zillow listings.

They say they highlight hidden gems and downright disasters.  The single family residence was built in 2008 and is located on 804 Hamspshire Drive in Middletown.

The home is currently listed at $550,000 and has some unique features.  Zillowtasrophes calls it the ultimate work from home home.  From the outside it has the look of a normal family and neighborhood home.  The inside has some features you may not find on every Zillow listing and the living room has a ton of space for shoes.

As you progress through the house you can even work from the bathroom.  The little desk across from the toilet to ensure that you’ll never miss a Zoom call.  The main bedroom has more televisions that most homes.  The main bathroom features a massive television above the tub as a well as a keyboard.  Most of the bedrooms feature a microphone and television set-up for streaming all types of content.

Additionally, the Zillow listing gives a quick rundown of the home.  “Welcome 804 Hampshire Drive – here is an amazing opportunity to own this spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in the always popular Willow Grove Mill neighborhood and within the sought after Appoquinimink school district.”  The home features an en-suite bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, and granite countertops.  If you are up to it they are still offering tours of the home according to the Zillow listing.
