The actress shared on Instagram Tuesday afternoon (March 14) a photo of a white onesie with the writing: "Coming soon..." written across. She captioned the post, "We are blessed and excited!" with a prayer hands, white heart, baby, and baby bottle emojis. She tagged her husband, Bader Shammas in the celebratory post. The actress told gossip website TMZ, "We are very excited for our new family member to arrive and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!"
Lohan's celebrity friends flocked to the comments section to share their joy. Quinta Brunson, who was seen with her at a recent fashion show last month wrote, "Omg congrats Lindsay!" Paris Hilton's mom, Kathy Hilton, commented, "I am so happy for you," with a ton of heart eyes emojis.
The Freaky Friday alum, 36, married the Lebanese financier in early July, after announcing her engagement with a series of Instagram photos in November 2021. "My love. My life. My family. My future," she wrote in the caption.
The news of Lohan's marriage came after the actress called Shammas her "husband" in an Instagram post. "I am the luckiest woman in the world," she wrote. "Not because I need a man, but because he found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that this is my husband. My life and my everything. every woman should feel like this everyday."
In June, Lohan shared another photo of the pair in celebration of Shammas' 36th birthday. She praised that he's "not only a great man, an incredible person, you're my best friend," in the caption. "Thank you for you loving me back babe! I Love You So much! Happy Birthday."
Per People, Lohan first sparked romance rumors in February 2020 when she shared a since-deleted group photo from a music festival in Dubai, casually mentioning a "boyfriend" in the caption.
