Arby's will begin construction on a Milford location in the near future.
At the recent Zoning and Planning meeting the site for the Arby's was given the nod to move forward.
The new Arby's in Milford will be located on Route 113.
"The new restaurant will be approximately 3,000 square feet and will include a drive-thru as well as outdoor seating based on the plans. Entrances and exits into the parking area will be placed on both North Walnut Street and North Dupont Boulevard, allowing drivers to enter and exit from either side of the restaurant" according to Milford Live.
The planned construction will be at the former Shore Distributors.
Shore Distributors opened its doors in Salisbury, Maryland with the singular goal to serve the shore with the finest HVAC and plumbing products. For seventy-five years, their team of dedicated associates has worked hard to continually earn the trust of their valued customers. The Milford site closed back in 2021.
Milford did have an Arby's location before.
The former site is now a Popeye's and it was located on North Dupont Boulevard.

You Know You’re From Delaware If You Say These 16 Things
You Know You're From Delaware If You Say These 16 Things
Only In Your State.Com came up with a list of "You Know You're From Delaware If You Say These 14 Things".
We agreed with this list and added a couple of our own.
They couldn't be any more true.
Delaware can be it's own world.
We share a lot of things with other states. Our water resources run through other surrounding states. The beaches are enjoyed by out of towners. Our tax free shopping is an attraction for tourists.
However, we also have a lot of things other states can't claim. The President of the United States lives here. We are the first state. And we have a lot of slang that other folks don't recognize.
We have so much to be proud of here in our state.
Delaware is known for its history, beaches, and its tax-friendly laws. There are various fun festivals throughout the year and sports activities you can enjoy.
The Delaware State Fair is one of the biggest and best around.
Despite being a tiny state, Delaware is diverse. Top attractions include the First State National Historical Park, Brandywine Zoo, Hagley Museum and Gardens, and Fenwick Island.
If you've been to any of these places then you understand the allure.
There are some things you may have heard being said while in Delaware. You may not quite understand what they meant if you are a townie. But if you're from here, you'll understand immediately.
So, how Delaware are you?
Do you say these 14 things?
Take a look below at the list: You Know You're From Delaware If You Say These 16 Things
