Dogfish Head And A Delaware Brand Team Up For 302 Day

It’s time to celebrate Delaware’s area code as Dogfish Head and a Delaware lifestyle brand team up for 302 day.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and 302 Horseshoe Crab have once again collaborated for 302 Day.

“Ideated in collaboration with 302 Horseshoe Crab, Dogfish Head will release 302 Lager just ahead of 302 Day, on Thursday, March 2. Brewed from thoughtfully sourced 2-row barley malt, heirloom variety corn and Sauvignon blanc grape must, the aromas are bright and inviting, with notes of honeysuckle, sweet grits, grapefruit and passionfruit. Crisp and tasty, this American Lager pairs perfectly with food, friends and fun! The release of 302 Lager will be accompanied by a special chat at the R&D Bar inside Dogfish Head’s Milton Brewery. From 5:30-6:30 p.m.,folks are invited to join Sam, Bryan, and Owners of 302 Horseshoe Crab, Keith Mosher and Karlin Maull, for a first-sip opportunity and to talk all-things 302″ according to Shore Craft Beer.

This is the second year of this collaboration. The 2022 event took home Southern Delaware Tourism’s “Best Event” Award.

So how do you get your hands on the 302 Lager?

302 Lager will be available on draft, for on-site consumption, at Dogfish Head’s Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen and at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth. It will also be available in 4pk/16oz cans to-go, at the Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen and Off-Centered EmPOURium in Rehoboth. Priced at $15 per 4pk.

The 302 Horseshoe Crab is a lifestyle brand honoring Delaware’s state marine animal and the shared connection of our single area code. What began in May of 2016 as a local film festival t-shirt, continues to focus on bringing artisan designs on the highest quality products, and in small batches, setting the brand apart from others.

A commitment to enhancing their community and giving back to the people that have helped them grow continues to be a mission of the brand. This mission, along with the recognizability of the logo representing the First State, has led to collaborations with Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Delaware State Parks, and the Joshua M. The folks at the websites “Yelp” and “Eat This Not That” recently learned and shared where you can find the best breakfast in every state in the United States!

Most days it’s a daily rush to get our kids and ourselves ready for work and school. We may just settle for a breakfast or protein bar, or a bowl of cereal or even worse, no breakfast at all!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It seems to be something we always rush through. It’s the meal that is the base of getting our day started. But it turns out most of us skip the meal that should energize us for the start of the day.

Then there are those special occasions where we treat ourselves to a breakfast at a local diner or restaurant. A favorite weekend tradition of many is breakfast or brunch out on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

‘Eat This Not That” worked with Yelp by analyzing their Breakfast + Brunch category.

Yelp said:

“This is an all-time list of the best breakfast places in the United States according to Yelp. All the businesses on this list are in the Breakfast + Brunch category. ‘Best’ is measured using an algorithm that looks at the number of reviews and star rating for a business.”

“Eat This Not That” and “Yelp” looked over the top few breakfasts in every state and selected the BEST in each state by exceptional reviews.
