First Responders Get Free Admission To Gift Of Lights On December 7th
All first responders, including law enforcement, firefighters and EMS personnel can enjoy the “Gift Of Lights” holiday light show at no charge. The FREE admission is valid on Wednesday, December 7th from 4:30pm – 9pm.
What a great deal! The regular price per car is $35.
In order to receive the free admission, a valid work ID will be required and must be shown at the entrance of the event for your carload.
Access for the free evening is being provided by Delaware Lottery!
Gift of Lights Dover is located at the Woodlands at Dover Motor Speedway, 599 Persimmon Tree Lane.

The holiday season will be merry and bright at Dover Motor Speedway as the “Gift of Lights at Dover Motor Speedway” drive-thru event comes to the Monster Mile.
According to their website, the Gift of Lights event will run every evening from Thanksgiving thru New Year’s Day. Guests will see more than 60 scenes and 3 million lights! Woah! All set up along a 1.5 mile path winding through the Woodlands of Dover Motor Speedway.
“We‘re very pleased to be able to offer this drive-thru holiday light display to all families in the region,” said Mike Tatoian, Dover Motor Speedway‘s president and general manager. “Dover Motor Speedway has been the location for magical memories for more than 50 years and the ‘Gift of Lights‘ show brings a whole new chapter to that history. We look forward to seeing everyone take part in this event during the holiday season.”
The average drive-thru time will take approximately 45 minutes. Obviously, this is an average time, since crowds cannot be predicted.
