Pawn Stars Just Filmed In West Chester
The popular History Channel reality television program Pawn Stars just made a visit to the Delaware Valley area.
The American Helicopter Museum and Education Center was the location of an upcoming episode. The museum is planning a viewing party for the November 17th episode with a Pawn Stars Premier Party.
The AHM is the nation’s premier aviation museum dedicated to the incredible history of rotary flight. According to their website, the American Helicopter Museum & Education Center’s mission is to preserve rotary-wing aviation history, educate society on helicopters and their missions & inspire future generations.
Pawn Stars invites everyday people to bring historical items they own to be appraised. Those items are either purchased by the team or turned away for various reasons.
Their road show kicked off August 7th.
The History Channel website reads: “Long before banks, ATMS and check-cashing services, there were pawn shops. Pawning was the leading form of consumer credit in the United States until the 1950s, and pawn shops are still helping everyday people make ends meet. Pawn Stars takes you inside the colorful world of the pawn business. At the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop on the outskirts of Las Vegas, three generations of the Harrison family–grandfather Richard, son Rick and grandson Corey–jointly run the family business, and there’s clashing and camaraderie every step of the way”
Since the upcoming November 17th episode of Pawn Stars Just Filmed In West Chester, the American Helicopter Museum is sure to be busier than usual.
If you’re interested in visiting the museum, you can find information on hours and rates at https://americanhelicopter.museum/plan-your-visit/
