Delawareans know the lower the license plate digit the higher the prestige.
According to Delaware Online the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles will be releasing the sought after low-digit license plates sometime around November 14th.
Could be a great Christmas gift for someone as the plates will be available right before the holiday season gets intense.
Owners of the 5-digit or lower plates are eligible for the black or white historical plates as well. These plates are different than the widely available version as they are porcelain or steel in make.

The DMV says that a total of 405 low digit plates will be available across six different classifications.
Winners will be notified via email and can check their lottery numbers across the DMV’s social media pages as well.
