It's almost time to get out those extra dollar bills! A new Girl Scouts cookie is coming to Delaware.
Joining the likes of the Thin Mint, Peanut Butter Pattie, and Shortbreads will be a new flavor for the 2023 cookie season.
Being billed as a sister cookie to the ever popular Thin Mint will be the Raspberry Rally.
The cookies looks very similar to the thing mint, but instead of having mint filling it will be pumped with raspberry filling.
The Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways announced the cookie will be ready for online purchase only according to WBGH.
The Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways serves Broome, Chenango, and Cortland in New York State and also serves Delaware.
The new Raspberry Rally cookies will be an online-exclusive cookie. The cookie will then be shipped directly to your home.
According to the Girl Scouts website "Offering Raspberry Rally online allows Girl Scouts to learn new skills and build their ecommerce business. Plus, customers like you get the opportunity to order this new and exciting product alongside your favorite varieties."
The new Raspberry Rally will also be vegan just like its sister cookie the Thin Mint according to FLTimes.com.
They also report that no cookies will be removed from the current lineup of Girl Scout cookies. There will also be a limited amount of the new Raspberry Rally cookies.
Once they are gone they are gone.
There was a reported shortage of the newly launched Adventruefuls last year, and the Girl Scouts say there may be another this year. The shortage would affect the new Raspberry Rally cookies because of their limited supply.
