Firefly Festival Releases Their Schedule for Weekend in Dover
The annual fest is back for its 10th installment. Now we know the who and when as the Firefly Festival releases schedule for the September weekend in Dover.
It’s hard to believe that Firefly has been around for a decade now, it still feels like “that new festival in Delaware.”
Either way, the September festival is set to bring in big stars once again the weekend of September 22-25th.
Halsey, Green Day, My Chemical Romance, and Dua Lipa are the four headliners. Halsey will kick off the weekend on Thursday September 22nd while My Chemical Romance takes the reigns Friday July 23rd.
Green Day will descend upon Dover Saturday September 24th with Dua Lipa wrapping up the 4-days of music on Sunday September 25th.
Single day passes for Firelfly are currently on sale for just $99.
As concert goers descend upon the Woodlands in Delaware not only will they be met with tons of music, but will also be able to participate in experiences as well.
Attendees can go a little deeper into the woods for The Treehouse which is described as a place to get out of the sun and see some up and coming acts as well as acoustic performances.
Firefly will also feature a silent disco as well as a pride parade.
They also encouraging napping! There is a “Hammock Hangout” for attendees to catch a few moments of sleep in. Sleep AND water are key to any festival experience.
This year will also feature a Supper Club! What’s better than great food and great music? According to the Firefly website, reservations for this experience will be available soon.
They also claim the Supper Club will have one-of-a-kind food and drink pairing from acclaimed chefs.
