Arden’s Ivy Gables Senior Living Facility Announces Finalization of Brand New Suite Expansion
Ivy Gables, a popular Wilmington Senior Living Community, located in the quaint village of Ardentown, Delaware, is excited to announce the addition of a limited number of brand new suites. The expansion has been under construction and renovation since March 2020 and is now finalized. The new suites offer Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Nestled within the calm and quiet Arden, the French Country Bed and Breakfast styled community stated they “strive to elevate senior living in every way.” They’ve been achieving this through a bed and breakfast feel, arts & entertainment programs like exercise classes, education seminars, mind-stimulating sessions, cocktail events with live entertainment, and different levels of care depending on a member’s given situation. Each resident also gets face time with the Director of Wellness, LPN, Medication Technician and Caregiver daily.
Ivy Gables Senior Living is privately owned by George and Tammy Loudon, who founded the care facility.
Now that the expansion has been finalized, guests and those interested can now call for a personalized tour.
