Spokey Speaky Live at Dining on Delaware July 24

Are you interested in hearing music aiming to spread positive vibes? Spokey Speaky is a band out of Wilmington, DE set to perform live at Dining on Delaware Saturday, July 24, from 6:00-9:00 PM. Spokey Speaky is set to do a high energy performance of reggae music. They will play a wide range of reggae hit songs both old school and new. The members wish to “satisfy and entertain reggae fans, while enlightening those who may not have been exposed to the genre otherwise.”
The performance will be held at Catherine Rooney’s at 1616 Delaware Avenue, Wilmington, DE, 19806. This restaurant is set to carry out the spirit of Irish mothers Catherine McCoy and Gerry Rooney- Hudecheck. Spokey Speaky has opened for reggae’s living legends including Toots & The Maytals, Jimmy Cliff, The Wailers, plus many more. The band has also served as local reggae representatives at Wilmington’s People’s Festival: A Tribute to Bob Marley for the past 5 years. Throughout the month of July they have been performing throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania including Caffe Gelato and Paradocx Vineyard. The entertainment is free!
