Your Heart Is Influencing Your Coffee Order
We all know when we drink coffee it can effect our sleep schedule and sometimes even what we crave, but it can also influence your heart’s health. According to MiamiHerald.com, researchers at the University of South Australia analyzed habits of 400,000 adults from the age of 39 and up. They found that those with heart-related chest pains, high blood pressure, and even irregular heartbeats were more likely to drink less coffee.
People who drink decaffeinated coffee or even don’t drink coffee at all were more likely to have cardio issues. Researchers believe the link has something to do with genetics. Whether we drink a lot of coffee or don’t drink it all, our decisions seem to be guided by our cardio health. Whether your body is saying you need that cup of coffee or you need to stay away, you should list. There is likely a reason behind it, and we are more in tune with our health than we think.
