Employees of a Montana Burger King knew they had to do something when someone came up to their drive-thru window and was drinking directly from a bottle of liquor. The incident occurred on Saturday night (April 17th) near Missoula County. Burger King workers said the man was very sloppy while ordering. They knew they had to do something to stop him from hurting himself or others.

After Joseph Brownell finished ordering his food, the staff asked that he pull into a parking spot and wait for it to be made. The staff then called 9-1-1 and had a police officer arrive at the site. According to FoxNews.com, after a DUI investigation, Joseph was arrested for driving under the influence and also for having an open container in his car.
