When the pandemic finally comes to a close, people are going to be doing some “revenge shopping.” That means after they’re done being stuck inside, they’re going to do some serious spending. And no, it’s not the same kind of Amazon delivery spending we’ve been doing during the pandemic. According to Rakuten, revenge shopping will be similar to the Roaring Twenties. There will be a boost in the economy leading people to buy more luxury goods.
For some people the last year created great opportunities for saving money. Now that people are looking to be out in public again they will plan on treating themselves. According to Yahoo.com, this will be the time people will purchase things like fancy clothes and accessories. They will then show off their new purchases while out at dinners and other social events they’ve been missing for the last year.
