Rapper Bhad Bhabie, aka Danielle Bregoli, known for her Dr. Phil-spawned catch phrase, "Cash Me Outside" is planning to mark her 18th birthday today with something not so typical -- an auction.

Not just any auction, Bhabie is taking part in NFT (non-fungible tokens), "the hottest commodity on the crypto market", according to Billboard. NFTs are a unique blockchain-supported digital file such as art, audio, videos, items in video games and other forms of creative work that have become quite popular as of late.

Ja Rule sold his Fyre Festival painting for $122,000 through his NFT venture KickFlip. Shawn Mendes sold virtual 2-D versions of his guitar and gold ring as NFTs. Lindsay Lohan sold her "Lightning" NFT for $50,000 and promised to donate the funds to charities that accept cryptocurrency. Mark Cuban sold an NFT of a motivational quote that read, "Nobody ever changed the world by doing what everyone else was doing - Mark Cuban." Grimes sold $5.8 million worth of her digital art collection “WarNymph” in under 20 minutes.

According to a release from Bhabie's team, her "ETH Me Outside: A CASH ME OUTSIDE NFT" retrospective will feature an original collaborative collection of digital icons based on 2017's biggest meme, hitting the auction block as NFTs.

Per Billboard, the Bhabie auction will include 20 NFTs containing original works based on the "Cash Me Outside" meme, the rapper's rise to fame, her music and the meme culture. Contributions to the artwork come from a group of filmmakers, visual artists, photographers, music producers and fashion designers who have either worked with Bhabie or were picked by her. Among the participating artists are Nick Goosen & David Spade, Glassface, Oseanworld, Pastelae, Harriet Blend, Goodboyshady, Paola Pinna, Indietrent, Super Trip 64, producer Pliznaya and more.
The works are "an artistic representation of the meme’s reach," not a simple reproduction of the Dr. Phil footage.
