Some foods can even become more dense in nutrients when they are air fried. Some examples include: sweet potatoes, corn, beans, and yams. Experts seem to overall agree that the air fryer is a healthy alternative to fried foods. They do recommend the minimum amount of oil when using your air fryer. You should have just enough so that the food doesn’t stick.
