Onions Spill Across Philadelphia Bridge
If traffic makes you want to cry hopefully you weren’t Philadelphia bound on the Ben Franklin Bridge this past Monday (March 8). According to NJ.com, a westbound lane was closed after a tractor-trailer was overturned. The trailer was filled with onions that ended up spilling all over the road in the Old City part of Philly.
Thankfully no one was hurt, however there were traffic delays for a few hours. Drivers were asked to take the Walt Whitman bridge or Betsy bridge until the scene was fully cleared.
