Serial Toilet Burglar Brought Into Custody
Local media have been calling him the “God to Toilets” but, now the 26-year-old bathroom burglar in Japan has been apprehended. The suspect has been known for stealing numerous toilets from houses in Funabashi City while houses were under construction.
According to Dailymail.co.uk, police arrested the thief after he attempted to sell a new toilet to a second-hand shop in the city. He told authorities that he is an office worker for a construction company, and he would use his knowledge of workers schedules to sneak into homes and steal their toilets.
Before getting caught the man had stolen about 18 toilets between January 2021 and October 2020.
