3rd Grader Wins First Prize In USA Mullet Championship
Jaxson Crossland is an 8 year old in Celeste, Texas. He likes fishing, riding his dirt bike, and boxing. The 3rd grader also has an award winning mullet! According to CNN, he just took first prize in the kids category of the USA Mullet Championships. Not only did he receive bragging rights for the rest of his life, but also $500 in prize money.
Children and adults with mullets from around the country submitted their photos online. The competition generated over 20,000 votes online and over 50,000 media reactions. Jaxson has already used his prize money to buy boxing gear and also boxing lessons!
