Findings show that diets high in pro-inflammatory ingredients will increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. While eating anti-inflammatory foods will lower your risk. These anti-inflammatory foods include: leafy greens, carrots, peppers, whole grains, and of course coffee and red wine! They are all high in antioxidants and vitamins that could help your heart.
