We all know Halloween will be a little different this year, masks, social distancing, and all kinds of other precautions. You should also expect to see purple pumpkins if you decide to go Trick or Treating this year.
If a purple pumpkin is on someone’s porch this Halloween it is an understanding that is COVID safe. With so many concerns these pumpkins are meant to keep parents at ease. According to tasteofhome.com, the goal is to show kids and parents that Halloween isn’t cancelled as long as everyone agrees to practice social distancing.
Individually wrapped candy is also encouraged for anyone choosing to invite Trick or Treaters this year.
