Beginning Friday the state of Pennsylvania says outdoor venues of 10,000 seats or more, like the Linc, can house 15% capacity, up to 7,500 people, according to the new regulations. Indoor venues of 10,000 seats or more are capped at 10% capacity up to 3,750 people. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and Pennsylvania Health Sec. Rachel Levine made the announcement on the new regulations today. Social distancing, mask wearing and other best practices must remain in place. Read more here.
