Delaware Is Leaning Towards Hybrid Learning This Fall, Final Decision Comes Next Week
Courtesy of Delaware Public Media. Governor Carney said yesterday that Delaware is leaning towards reopening schools using a hybrid of in-person and virtual learning. He noted that the current hospitalization rate indicates minimal spread of the virus while other data points show moderate spread. Carney is waiting until next week to announce the final decision to ensure that he has the most recent data before the school year starts.
