Johnnie Walker is trying to save the environment! The whisky will soon be available in paper bottles. Diageo, the company that owns the brand, says it plans to run a trial of the new environmentally-friendly packaging in Spring 2021. To make the paper bottles, Diageo will co-launch a firm called Pulpex. They will also produce packaging for Unilever and PepsiCo. The paper whisky bottle will be made from wood pulp and will be fully recyclable.
