SCAM ALERT: Scam Calls Are Showing Up As Delmarva Power On Caller ID
The Delaware Public Service Commission says it received multiple complaints of third-party electricity suppliers “spoofing” phone calls. The scammers are trying to persuade customers to change their electricity supplier, promising savings on their utility bills. The phone calls show either the Delmarva Power emergency line or customer service department on the caller ID. The Public Service Commission is investigating the source of these calls.
