Chuck E. Cheese in North Wilmington is Not on the Closing Locations List
Although the parent company has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the Chuck E. Cheese location in North Wilmington is not on the list of the more than 30 locations that will close their doors.
The CEO of the company stated the closings are based on location and is working to modify lease agreements. Chuck E. Cheese is said to be reopening some locations during the process of bankruptcy.
A private equity investor owns the parent company, which also includes Peter Piper Pizza in Texas.
The closest location that actually is closing, nearest to Delaware is Lancaster.
As for now, Chuck E. Cheese in North Wilmington remains closed in exception to takeout orders, according to their local location website.
