LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 26: Alicia Keys performs onstage during the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards at Staples Center on January 26, 2020 in Los Angeles, California.

Alicia Keys has made her NPR Tiny Desk concert debut. The 15-time Grammy Award winner paid a visit to NPR’s studio prior to the coronavirus quarantine lockdown back in February.

“It feels so good to be in an intimate space with you,” Keys said before her performance began. The artist sat at a piano and performed her single “Show Me Love,” which features Miguel.

The Harlem native was backed by her band alongside two backup vocalists. “There’s nothing that I love better than the intimacy in a personal space,” Keys said. During her performance, Keys also debuted a brand new song called “Gramercy Park” from her new forthcoming album ALICIA.

“We’re so concerned with how everybody else feels and we’re so concerned with just making other people happy, and so it’s definitely been something that I’ve personally experienced,” Keys said of her new album that’s about setting personal boundaries.

Keys also performed  “Underdog” and even took it back to her hit 2001 single “Fallin.” Keys’ seventh studio album ALICIA will be her first offering since 2016’s Here. The album is slated to be released in the fall. Watch Keys’ Tinky Desk performance below.
