Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have reportedly broken up, according to Us Weekly who reported on Wednesday that the pair have called it quits after almost three years of dating, following weeks of rumours since Scott entered rehab last month.
It was also reported that Scott celebrated his 37th birthday on Tuesday with ex Kourtney Kardashian, and their three children in Utah, while Sofia, has been spending time with her pals in Malibu.
