Another Modification For Delaware’s State of Emergency
Governor Carney issued a tenth modification to the State of Emergency Declaration yesterday. All short-term rental units including vacation homes, hotels, and motels are closed. Door-to-door solicitation, pawnshops, video game stores, and other electronic retailers have been shuttered. Video game stores, including the national chain GameStop, had continued to operate despite criticism and the governor advising businesses to close. Golf courses can remain open but management must ensure social distancing. However, golf carts are banned and clubhouses must close.
